Leading Learners Toolkit
Huge
This MEGAPROJECT involved narrating, designing, and animating a series of visuals to create a comprehensive video toolkit for The Learner Lab. The objective was to build a video library where visuals played a pivotal role in enhancing understanding and engagement. Each module, based on the theoretical and practical framework of the workshop, was approached individually, ensuring meticulous attention to visual communication while balancing production and animation timelines.
We established an efficient workflow that achieved an ideal balance between speed and quality, delivering engaging visuals that authentically conveyed the course's concepts. Designed for workgroups, this toolkit focuses on improving learning outcomes through visuals that are not only entertaining and didactic but also functional and cohesive. To achieve this, we developed a unified design system that included structures, backgrounds, figures, and characters, ensuring every element worked together seamlessly.
This ambitious project spanned nearly a year, resulting in over 1,800 minutes of animation that brought the Learner Lab’s vision to life.

Immersive Paper Presentations with Highlights Across the Library
The presentation of scientific papers is immersed in a dynamic mathematical and physical world. A 3D camera workflow integrates textures, grids, and floating 3D text, drawing viewers into the content. Focus is guided through seamless eye-tracking and highlights that underline key points in sync with the voice-over narration.

Dynamic Interview Presentation and Visual Accents
The presentation of the interviews highlights key words deemed essential for effectively conveying the experts' insights. The dark design creates a deliberate contrast with the papers, emphasizing structural differentiation. Various types of highlights and accents seamlessly align with the text animations, enhancing the visual experience. In all the introductions within this category, the video dynamically shrinks to fit into another frame (picture-in-picture) and animates across the screen, adding depth and fluidity to the transitions.
